This is Rolf’s Kitchen Project on your plate, cooked with fresh, healthy, locally grown ingredients.
The dishes are cooked with what is coming from the local farms and will change weekly if not daily.

The Lineup:

Hearty “Bircher” Muesli, with fresh apples, nuts, yogurt and berries. The original Swiss power food
Bowls of salad with herbs, vegetables, nuts accompanied by the perfect dressing
Vegetable cakes or pan seared fish that can be combined with a salad or starch
Pre-cooked light and mouthwatering pasta dishes, the way they really eat in Italian
Meats in sauce, portioned for the family dinner or for leftovers
Already cooked Grains
Pre-cooked farm fresh vegetables
And, treat yourself, a small dessert to finish the perfect meal

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it is all ready to go!
