I created Rolf’s Kitchen Project with one mission in mind: to get people cooking again. I am a Swiss Chef with 20 years of culinary experience. As an active member of the Seacoast culinary scene, I am passionate about farm to table and eating local.
Now I am partnering with Brookford Farm to provide a unique opportunity to Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) members by offering a series of cooking classes. All classes will source and utilize the products available in the CSA.
Do you love being part of a CSA, but are sometimes puzzled by what to do with items you receive?
I will bring my skills and insights to your table and teach you how to create delicious dishes. My cooking classes are a combination of taste and experience and the sharing of valuable techniques and fun. Classes will be held in Kittery, Durham and Canterbury and are limited to 8- 10 people. These special classes cost $40 per person and will run approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours. This price is an exclusive offer for CSA members. All other classes are excluded from this offer.
Can’t make one of the CSA sessions? Rolf’s Kitchen Project offers cooking classes as home parties. You can select from a variety of themes or work with me to design your own unique experience.
